double billing

Cyberdefender took $29.99 from my account twice for the same product. I phoned the number listed on the website (1-877-377-37650) as soon as I realized that I had been double billed for the program. A recorded voice with a heavy accent told me to call another number if I had billing questions (1-866-793-0494). When I called that number, the call appeared connected on my phone but there was no one on the line. I called again. Again no one responded when the call connected. I can only imagine what you'd run into if you had a problem with the program itself... They also said the account was for one year's service. The renewal date was listed three days short of one year. WTF.
