Not a dog groomer!

My wife took our beautiful Wheaton Terrier in to Cindy to be bathed and groomed. My wife showed her a picture of what we would like her to look like. She was also very specific about telling her not to shave her tummy. When she went to pick her up she had been totally SHAVED except for her legs and head. There was a place on her chest where they had gouged her and shaved her to the skin! It will be months before she grows out. My wife was so upset she could not say anything so paid and left. We took our dog back the next day and tried to talk to Cindy about this. She was very defensive and said our dog was difficult to groom and did not like to be brushed (so let's just shave her to eliminate that problem!!) We asked for our money back (she charged $55.00 for this horrible shaving!!) and she said she could not do that. This woman should not be grooming dogs...‎
